Meet
LeAnn Pyles, LPC, NCC
I work with adults who are trying to make sense of anxiety, uncertainty, and major changes in their lives.
A lot of people come to therapy after spending months or years trying to solve the problem themselves. They research. They think it through. They talk to friends. They make lists. They try to be more disciplined.
And yet the same worry, exhaustion, self-doubt, or sense of being stuck keeps showing up.
That is the kind of work I do at Walnut Tree Counseling Center, LLC.
My focus is helping clients understand what is happening beneath the obvious problem so therapy can lead somewhere useful, not just become another hour spent talking about everything that went wrong that week.
The way we will work together
I utilize person-centered therapy, CBT, somatic therapy while using a trauma informed approach to support achievable progress.
I want to see others succeed.
There is a particular kind of uncertainty that happens when the life you expected and the life you actually have start looking different, I’ve been there.
Maybe you worked hard for a career and discovered it is not what you thought it would be. Maybe a relationship changed. Maybe someone died. Maybe you became a parent, moved, graduated, left a job, or entered a new stage of adulthood and realized the old version of you does not quite fit anymore. I created Walnut Tree Counseling Center, LLC to work with people in those moments. Therapy can be a place to examine what is happening, understand your patterns, and make decisions with more intention.
